RCS Client Prep List
Together, we can efficiently bring your project to life, with just a little bit of preparation!
- ATTIRE
- Company labeled clothing / colors preferred
- If company labeled clothing is not an option, business professional / appropriate attire preferred
- NO TIGHT PATTERNS.


- B-ROLL
- Ensure if broll will be taken on site, that employees have appropriate safety gear, helmets, etc.
- Ensure everyone on location is informed about the video shoot that day, and that they are prepared to be on camera
- Be prepared that producer may ask certain people on location to act something out in a shot (walking in the room and smiling, typing at their computer, etc)
- SOUND / ENVIRONMENT
- If possible, send a walk through iphone video (or photos) of location / office prior to shoot date, so that RCS can prepare accordingly for the space
- Ensure that there is a quiet space accessible for interviewing
- If necessary, please provide parking instructions for the day of the shoot
- Ensure space is clean and tidy. Anything you can see with your eyes, you can see on camera!
- INTERVIEWING
- If possible, chairs that do not have wheels are preferred for interviewing
- There will be a list of questions provided in advance, however, the interviewer will often ask probing questions as the interview moves along.
- Don’t be nervous… It will be easy and FUN!

Please download, e-sign, and email to your account manager prior to the shoot date. If e-signing is not an option, please provide a hard copy to the videographer on the day of the shoot.
